I don’t blame you, Ark! I tend to listen to my instinct a lot when out with my cameras, especially if I’m alone. Not just because I’m a woman, but because lone photographers tend to be easier targets, as Bill can attest to from a number of confrontations over the years. It’s true what they say about safety in numbers. However, dodgy places are just dodgy and best avoided unless you’re quick and you can run fast!
